Product Description:
Main applications: For difficult-to-adhere substrates: OPP, PET, base coat varnish, metal screen printing, PCB white ink, matte varnish. It provides adhesion in PET lamination and various formulations, offering cost-effectiveness, adhesion, and curing in white wood applications.
Processes: screen printing, roller coating, spraying, adhesives, etc. Compatible with conventional UV monomers and resins. This product can be directly adjusted with monomers to achieve desired performance and can be used in other formulations to improve adhesion.
Industrial applications include: industrial coatings, inks, roller coating varnishes, etc.
Typical performance characteristics:
1:Excellent yellowing resistance, exceptional adhesion, strong adhesiveness, and the resin remains relatively soft after curing, ensuring good adhesion. It has a matte finish and self-drying properties, with good surface drying under LED.
2:Number of functional groups: 2, Curing energy: 300-500 mJ/cm², curable with both UV and UV-LED.
3:Molecular weight (Mw): 1500-3000, soluble in ketones, esters, and aromatic solvents.
This product is suitable for use in industrial coatings, inks, roller coating varnishes, and more, providing superior performance in challenging applications.

Storage and validity period:
1: This product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated room, and strictly protected from light exposure for stable storage.
2: Keep the resin away from heat sources and store it in a dark place to prevent potential hazards or affecting the stability of resin storage.
3: When stored at room temperature, it remains stable for six months. After use, please tightly seal the container to avoid exposure to light sources and gelation.
