⑥Hard seal: can be used for plastic seal, no reinforcement required, high viscosity, easy to operate
UV nail polish resin features
The curing of nail polish is usually done by traditional UV lamp or LED lamp, and the curing time is about 1 minute. The main resin of the base glue is modified polyester acrylate, the coating is flexible, the curing shrinkage is small, and the adhesion is good. It has the purest resin color and smell. The main resin of the color glue is difunctional aliphatic polyurethane acrylate, which has moderate curing speed, good pigment wettability, excellent interlayer adhesion, and is suitable for color-adding mid-coat. The main resin of the sealer is difunctional polyurethane acrylate.
Characteristics of UV nail polish monomer
1. Sealing layer application:
The monomer ACMO acrylic morpholine has the advantages of fast curing and high hardness, but the disadvantage is that it has a slight yellowing tendency during curing, especially in white systems. The monomer is water-soluble.
2. Mid-coat application: Monomer CTFA, fast curing speed, good toughness, strong adhesion, good water resistance and high cost performance.
3. Primer application: Monomer TBCHA has strong adhesion, good flexibility, bright cured coating and excellent water resistance.
Features of UV nail polish additives
Mercaptan curing agent: high purity, low odor, stable storage, good antioxidant and inhibition effect, and high cost performance.
Thermal stabilizer: no yellowing, enhances the thermal storage stability of nail polish, and does not reduce the speed of light curing reaction.
Inhibitor: Suitable for use in color glue systems. In the presence of a large amount of long-wave photoinitiators in the formula, it improves light storage stability. There is a slight yellowing phenomenon when the temperature is too high, and it is not recommended for topcoat.
Compared with traditional nail polish, UV nail polish has higher durability and easier operation, which can provide greater convenience and diversity in the design of nail art patterns. In addition, the nail polish dries almost immediately after application, allowing users to use their fingers for daily activities immediately.
